How Does the Process Compare Overall? | One of our team members will schedule a “walkthrough” or “appointment” with you and will come by the property to take pictures both inside and out and potentially a video of each floor if the pictures don’t suffice. We Dont however then use these pictures to make a public listing and attempt to attract buyers, we use the pictures to help our Risk Analysis Dept. create a responsible offer to present to you. | Agent comes out to the property for a walkthrough, gets a contract signed with you to be your agent for the next several weeks or until the property is sold. Either takes pictures of the property themselves these phones are really good now a days, or hires a professional photographer to take the photos for them on a separate date. The agent then posts the pictures along with a property description for your desired price they may have helped you arrive on. Then proceeds to wait for offers and viewing appointments to roll in. If you’re agent is a bit more on the experienced side, this can be a bit less painful but if you happen to take someone with less experience well lets just say that there may be offer calls coming in and getting un answered and unreturned, we’ve heard some nightmares. |
